INSTALLATION PROCESS

When installing, carefully check the plaster level of the wall to prevent any rippling

Use a cutting table equipped with a diamond blade to cut the MCM material. This ensures accurate and efficient cutting.

Clean with water to remove dust and any particles and lowering the wall temperature also helps to even out the consistency of the adhesive

Apply the adhesive to the wall in one direction using a V-notched trowel.

Press the MCM panels firmly.

Press the MCM panels firmly with a wooden trowel to ensure a flat surface.

Remove excess adhesive.

Use grout to create a smooth, even surface.

Clean the surface with a dry sponge to remove any residual glue.

Construction specifications

When constructing the exterior walls of a building, many different factors are easily influenced, which is why it is often said: three parts per material and seven parts per division of labor. Some common problems, such as peeling paint and flaking cladding, can be solved by choosing the right decorative materials. Soft ceramic tiles, as a new type of eco-friendly building material that has emerged in recent years, are very popular in the market.

The construction process for conventional walls is very complex, involving the application of powder sealant by brush, primer by brush, top coat by brush, middle coat by brush, main materials, etc. The construction process of soft ceramic tiles is very simple and only a layer of interface agent needs to be applied to the wall for direct tiling. There is no need for professional personnel and the installation can be handled by ordinary construction workers, which saves manpower, time and space.

PRODUCTION OF TILES

Soft ceramic tiles are produced by low-temperature firing of coloured inorganic mineral powder, which is a safe and healthy ecological material for decorating external walls. The production process is firing-free, low-energy and low-emission. They have the advantage of environmental protection, easy construction, diverse styles and distinctive design.
