General Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory provisions

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") regulate the rights and obligations between the operator of the online shop located at www.magiccoverings.cz (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and natural or legal persons (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer") when purchasing goods through this e-shop.

2. Subject of the contract

2.1 The subject of the Purchase Agreement is the delivery of MCM boards (composite mineral panels) and any accessories, as well as other products offered on the Seller's website.

2.2 The characteristics of the individual products are listed on the website. The Buyer acknowledges that he has read them before ordering.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

3.1 An order placed via the website is a proposal to conclude a purchase contract.

3.2 The purchase contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of the order by the Seller.

3.3 The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order due to unavailability of the goods, an error in price or any other technical or commercial obstacle.

4. Price and payment terms

4.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT (if the Seller is a VAT payer).

4.2 Methods of payment:

By bank transfer (based on the advance invoice),

Online credit card (if available),

Cash on delivery (if available),

Cash on delivery.

5. Delivery terms

5.1 Delivery shall be made via contracted carriers or by personal collection by agreement.

5.2 The delivery date is set at the time of order confirmation. For customized goods, the delivery time is individual.

5.3 The buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon receipt. Any damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and a complaint report drawn up.

6. Withdrawal from the contract

6.1 The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

6.2 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of goods that have been adapted to the buyer's requirements or made to order (e.g. cut MCM boards).

6.3 In the event of withdrawal, the goods must be returned complete, undamaged and unused. The buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.

7. Complaints and warranty

7.1 The warranty period is 10 years.

7.2 Complaints can be made by email or in writing. A description of the defect and proof of purchase must be enclosed.

7.3 The Seller shall decide on the method of handling the complaint without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 The Seller processes the personal data of Buyers in accordance with GDPR for the purpose of contract execution, accounting and sending commercial communications (if the Buyer has agreed to this).

8.2 Details of the processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 These GTC are effective from 02.07.2025 and supersede all previous terms and conditions.

9.2 The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions.

9.3 Legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.

9.4 The consumer has the right to contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) with a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution.
